Initial interview was by phone with HR. Had a further phone interview with the hiring manager three weeks later. Lots of situational questions and very little about previous experience. It then took four weeks to hear back, though they had said it would be only one week. Offer was great, had to take it because of financial situation. But wouldn't have taken it if I'd had another position to go to. Okay if just for a year.
