Layed back, first started with a phone interview then came in a week later for a in person interview. Both interviews were relatively easy with very little technical questions and more based on how you would fit within the team. I was offered the job just a few days later.

The interview process comprises multiple stages. Upon successful screening of your resume, you will proceed to the HR scrutiny round, followed by a one-on-one interview with the department manager. The final stage involves salary negotiation with the HR department.
