Apply online, Then get called for a phone interview. About a week later they set up a in person interview. The in person interview was with three people. I believe that they asked some of the same questions. It would of been better if all three interviewers were in the room at the same time. Honestly I was really interested in the job. I believed that I was qualified but they just send me a generic you were good but we went with someone better.

The interview process was lengthy, but the people were very nice. They didn't really ask the typical interview questions like what is your greatest strengths/weaknesses, etc. They asked more about your prior experience and how each specific job prepared you for this job. The entire interview process was very laid-back compared to other interviews but the people lead you on.
