I applied for the CRA position via linkedIn and in 2 weeks received an e-mail asking for an interview. I had my over the phone interview and in face interview a week after receiving the initial e-mail. Both the phone and in person interview went very well and I was told I would hear back in 2 weeks. Two weeks later I received a call saying I was being offered the position. I am currently a teacher and expressed during my interview I wanted to finish out the school year. While being told I was being offered a job, I would not receive my official offer until April 4 which was in the 60 time frame offer window. I was sent a e-mail stating my offer would be given April 4. Three months pass and it is now April 4th and I do not get a phone call or e-mail. I e-mailed the HR contact I had spoken to 3 months ago about the offer. A day later I get an e-mail saying I have to re-apply and re-interview for the position. I re-apply and re-interview. This has been the worst interview I have been on to date. The manger (a male) had a lack-luster attitude and really didn't give me the time of day. He asked two questions and said my interview was over. Three days later I get an e-mail stating MedPace had gone with other candidates. Honestly only apply for the job if you can take it then at the moment or you will be given the run around.

Short, 3 interviews total. Phone, big interview, then a final call. They were very prompt with scheduling and letting me know where I stand in the process. Good interview process.
