You first take a video interview asking questions, and do an assessment, then you have the final interview. Where they ask questions about you (not relating to work). Then I was given the offer which was too low

You apply online...they call u for an interview. I was called by my supervisor. She asked me few questions on call and then asked me to come in for a one to one.
