Relatively easy interview process. Asks some questions about past work experiences, experiences working as a team, your availability, and ability to meet Macy's credits system. I'm assuming they primarily want someone to meet that last requirement additional to whatever position your applying for.

Virtue first. Then, at the store. Interview questions are not hard but hiring manager/s are sketchy. They posted part time positions but when I got into the interview they said their looking for people wanting full time job. So unprofessional to take my time.

It was in person and lasted 20 minutes approximately. Before the int started I was asked to fill out a questionnaire. The question inclu questions about my education and prior retail sales jobs.
