Asked about past work experiences and how to work in a team. I was interviewed through the phone but the interview process various by role. Somebody from Macy's hiring usually calls you to begin the interview process.
Pretty simple it wasn’t to difficult at all actually, more of behavioral type of interview. Should be easy if you are a decent communicator and a good team worker. there is an emphasis on collaboration
Interview was easy, it was a one and done deal and the interview was relatively short. I just applied on their website and I was called in for an interview. I was asked standard interview questions and was let know that I was hired within a reasonable time (about a week).
