Interviewer asked me basic questions and looked at my resume. The interview lasted probably 15 minutes. If you had prior retail experience it should be good and just be confident and show that you can do this job.

Describe a time when a customer complained and how you handled the situation
The interview process was quite well. There were 2 rounds of interviews, both asking with both behavioral and technical questions. They are very committed to hiring employees with personality so if you should even a bit of excitement or eagerness you should be fine.

Simple, online was the procedure. Submit a test based on simple tasks and then a recorded online interview then you will be contacted with a few days about your application

Once you apply online, someone reviews your resume then they call you for an interview. This usually takes about two weeks for the entire process. Unless they need someone right away.
