There was only one interview that was conducted and it was over the phone. There was a minimum of ten questions asked, both situational and about the company's motto. After the questions are asked, they will let you know if you got the job or not and will explain the following steps that you will take in the following weeks to prepare and train you for your job.

Virtue first. Then, at the store. Interview questions are not hard but hiring manager/s are sketchy. They posted part time positions but when I got into the interview they said their looking for people wanting full time job. So unprofessional to take my time.

It was in person and lasted 20 minutes approximately. Before the int started I was asked to fill out a questionnaire. The question inclu questions about my education and prior retail sales jobs.
