Currently attending school and the Loss Prevention manager visited the school to give information about company. I sent in my resume and was given an interview that was based on my education and not necessarily my experience. Interview was mostly information regarding what the position entails and me being able to confirm that I would be able to handle the situations that may arise from such a position.
Only advise is to know what you are interviewing for and be ready to explain how you would be a good fit. The company also seems to be willing to except people with little to no experience as long as there is a desire to learn and grow within the company.

Applied online, scheduled interview 2 weeks later. Very easy process as you are able to pick a date and time that is best suited for you and everything is communicated via email.

Torture. The hiring manager was incompetent and was unable to string a complete sentence together. It was the worst interview I've had in my life. Furthermore, the hiring manager was late to the interview.

Applied for the position , 5 hours later I was invited for phone interview . Scheduled the interview for the following day. Interview was scheduled for 11 am I was ready by 10 :50 . I patiently waited for 11:00 am to arrive, no call .... 11:10 maybe they are just late . Nope no call , no email or nothing . I was never contacted by anyone. But pretty glad I thought macy's was more professional and they are not at all . Wouldn't want to work with a company that's not punctual or take there job seriously.
