I applied for the Executive Development Program as a friend had gone through the process. First there is a phone interview. Then, there is a 3 day on site interview with about 25 other individuals. At the time, they let you choose between going to the Department Stores or .COM. You also choose between buying and planning. The 3 days consist of ice breaking sessions, speeches from past EDP's, HR managers and senior executives for both stores and .COM, There is also a retail math test as well as a case study where you work with your peers. Last, there is a one on one interview.

Two interviews, one with a recruiter and the second with the buyer the following week. All virtual. The recruiter seemed like they just wanted to get through it as fast as possible, and the buyer I met was nice.

It's a 3 part interview process via multiple superior positions. It's a pretty relaxed experience and all parties try to make you feel comfortable. Due to covid, my interview process included two Team's interviews.
