I filled out an applicaition on line. About a week later I got a call asking to come in for an interview. About three days later I gotta call asking if they could switch days because they had a huge sale goin on and would not have any one availabe to interview. Then gotta third call asking if I could just come in for an open house. When I showed up I was not even on the list. They interviewd me asking stupid questions like "what would you do if you seen an employee take $5" They told me thay would call but never heard anything back from them. This was during christmas time.

Pretty simple it wasn’t to difficult at all actually, more of behavioral type of interview. Should be easy if you are a decent communicator and a good team worker. there is an emphasis on collaboration
