I had a phone call with a recruiter, then an in person interview with the woman who would be my boss, then was given a design project to complete, and then returned to present.

In 2019, I interviewed for an assistant CAD designer position. When I was interviewed, they had already extended an offer to someone who later accepted, so I did not get this role, but the interviewer remembered me when another role opened up so I was brought back for another interview, assigned a design project, and then had another interview to present this project.
