Entretien
Phone interview. Interviewer was very nice and professional. She gave me good information regarding the position. Also devoted a good amount of time to my questions. Overall it was a very pleasant interview.
Standard interview process. I only had one interview. The questions were common interview questions. Some were specific to retail. I met with the hiring manager first. After we interviewed, they introduced to me the lead over the department. The department lead also asked a few questions. I was offered the job on the spot.

Applied Online for another position at macys, I did an interview 30 days after i applied. They saw my experience and they matched me with another position that was paying a little bit more so the day after i did another interview with the department manager and i got the job the same day
