I had a one-on-one interview with the manager of the department that I was going to be working in. The process was straightforward. After waiting a few minutes for the manger to come, we went into a conference room where she asked several questions pertaining to my experience working and personal attributes. They were basic "interview questions" that can be looked up online and easily prepared for.

Virtue first. Then, at the store. Interview questions are not hard but hiring manager/s are sketchy. They posted part time positions but when I got into the interview they said their looking for people wanting full time job. So unprofessional to take my time.
J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Macy's (Pittsburgh, PA)

Basic interview process. Applied online and was called in for an interview about a week later. Nothing crazy or out of the ordinary. No assessments needed. I talked about 2 managers.
