J'ai passé un entretien chez Macy's (Silverdale, WA)
Entretien
After completing the relatively easy online application, I was invited for a phone interview and given a link to their interview scheduling portal where I confirmed date and time. Although I was confident in my previous background and qualifications, I spent the next day actually preparing for this interview by researching Macy’s - I.e. history, corporate, mission statement, and interview questions. I was by my phone 20 minutes prior to my scheduled time, ready to kill it. And I waited, and waited. I made sure phone was working- check. Double and triple checked appointment time and phone number I gave - check and check. 2 hours after the interview time, I emailed through their portal that nobody called, but I was still hoping to hear from someone as I really was interested in this position. Got an apologetic response the next day stating that it would “be looked in to”. Nothing after that. I actually had to reschedule a few other appointments that day to work around this interview. After all that preparation and moving other things around to give them priority, if that’s any indication of what Macy’s is like to work for then I dodged a bullet.
you talk to the manager then, the store manager they both will ask you a series of questions related to security and how you previous experience can relate to macy's

quick and efficient, with detail based questions. Not much different from average interviews. You go through the phone interview process, then you receive the in person interview. Then there's a personal interview with the specific manager you may be assigned to; but isn't always a official part of the process
