J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Macy's (Baton Rouge, LA) en oct. 2012
Entretien
I applied online and received an email the next day asking me to schedule an appointment for myself. I scheduled my appointment for the first available spot. When I arrived, I went to the executive office section. I walked in and told them my name and that I was there for an interview. The lady doing the interviews was with someone else so they told me to go have a seat in the hallway. Other people showed up for interviews while I was waiting. The interview was short. She asked me a few questions then asked me if I had any questions.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
She asked me to tell her about myself. She asked why Marcy's. She asked how I would sell a Marcy's credit card. She told me to tell her about a job I had that changed a lot. She asked me my availability. She told me that they would call me and make an offer. She also informed me that they are hiring for seasonal positions at this time.
Was interviewed for a seasonal position. Was told they have no seasonal positions, once they found out I was a college student. Made no sense to me quickly ended the interview.

The interview process was straightforward and fairly quick. It started with a phone interview from a recruiter or hiring representative who asked general questions about my background, availability, and interest in the role. The tone was professional but conversational, and the interviewer focused on making sure I could handle a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
I had one interview with the store manager and it lasted for about 45 minutes. The interview was all standard behavioral questions. I was offered the job on the spot.
