Very easy interview. Macy's does not really require any experience. If an interviewee shows that he or she is friendly, customer oriented, and reliable, it will most likely lead to a job offer. Also, the interviewer was interested in individuals who could work weekends since those days are the most busiest for them.

Very simple, generic questions, group interview, a little impersonal but very quick. There were 2 managers in the room and 5 potential employees. They went over each department as well.
