Interview was okay. I wasn't particularly impressed. My biggest complaint is that I didn't receive an answer regarding the interview. I called twice to follow up and left professional messages asking for a response. No return call, no email. Very unprofessional. If that's how Macy's does business, I don't want to work there.

Several interviews basic questions but detail is key , leadership and skills with example helps allot. How well you manage time, people and sales but developing your team to give that max exp everytime they customers walk in
