Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez Macy's en juill. 2011
Entretien
I did the application online several times. I was declined on the first interview by the manager but had a second interview shortly after with a different manager whom insisted that I had a great attitude. I then received the phone call to set a date for the 1:1 interview.
When it came time to interview I did not panic. The interview was your typical interview with typical questions along the lines of 'what would you do in this situation', and 'name a time when you went over and beyond'. Really typical customer service / retail questions.
The funny thing is that I believe that the hiring and interview process has major faults. There are some times when people will not get hired just because the interviewer does not like a certain aspect about the interviewee. Waivers should be signed for the interview process to be completely unbiased.
Anyway, I passed the interview the second time with flying colors. The people were not intimidating at all. It definitely was not the worst interview I have been to.

Was interviewed for a seasonal position. Was told they have no seasonal positions, once they found out I was a college student. Made no sense to me quickly ended the interview.

The interview process was straightforward and fairly quick. It started with a phone interview from a recruiter or hiring representative who asked general questions about my background, availability, and interest in the role. The tone was professional but conversational, and the interviewer focused on making sure I could handle a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
I had one interview with the store manager and it lasted for about 45 minutes. The interview was all standard behavioral questions. I was offered the job on the spot.
