Entretien
Two 30 minute behavioral interviews with separate managers--was part of their Magnate program so it was during a conference in their HQ in NYC. The conference included a case competition that is normally not included in their interview process, and then afterwards they had a personality quiz and skills assessment for retail math. People can apply for the Magnates program in their sophomore year, but other than that they can apply their junior year regularly for the internship.

A lot of interviews easy questions. Quick process for the interviewing team. Scenarios based interview where you meet with multiple People on your selected interviewing team. You do not have to have much experience instead a willingness to learn.
Pretty short process and I really liked the two people I talked to in my back to back interview. There were two very nice girls who I enjoyed getting to know and I loved hearing about their thoughts about the company
