Entretien
I applied online, received a email two days later to schedule an interview online where you can pick the date and time. When I got there I had to wait about five minutes for the hiring manger. She took me to the back in a room with a round table and two chairs. She talked more than I did and she even cut me off when I was answering a question. Overall I was asked about 3 questions and then asked for my availability. She then told me their pay and information about training. She then told me someone would call me to schedule training on monday since my interview was on a saturday.

Name a time you witnessed a friend, co worker or stranger doing something wrong. what did you do and what was the result?
Was interviewed for a seasonal position. Was told they have no seasonal positions, once they found out I was a college student. Made no sense to me quickly ended the interview.

Entretien
The interview process was straightforward and fairly quick. It started with a phone interview from a recruiter or hiring representative who asked general questions about my background, availability, and interest in the role. The tone was professional but conversational, and the interviewer focused on making sure I could handle a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
I had one interview with the store manager and it lasted for about 45 minutes. The interview was all standard behavioral questions. I was offered the job on the spot.
