Le processus a pris 3 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Macy's (University Heights, Cuyahoga, OH) en sept. 2011

I filled out an application online and hours later I got an email asking me to schedule an interview with them that week. The email said that they were looking for a retail cosmetics sales associate which was fine with me. At the interview the lady told me that they were hiring people for Flex Team, which means you get paid min. wage ($7.75) and you have to work every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. I would not have a set schedule. I would have to go on the computer and choose my hours and my hours would not be the same every week. That was a total turn off, especially the wages. She asked me if I was ok with that. I told her I clearly marked full time on my application, not flex team. I politely told her I wasn't interested and explained that the website told me I would be interviewed for another position and I was not interested in making way less money an hour than my last job. She apologized and she was very professional, and nice. She said that position was filled. Ok, so if the position was filled why did they say they would interview me for that position just three days prior in the email? Macy's clearly has a very unorganized hiring process.
Was interviewed for a seasonal position. Was told they have no seasonal positions, once they found out I was a college student. Made no sense to me quickly ended the interview.

The interview process was straightforward and fairly quick. It started with a phone interview from a recruiter or hiring representative who asked general questions about my background, availability, and interest in the role. The tone was professional but conversational, and the interviewer focused on making sure I could handle a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
I had one interview with the store manager and it lasted for about 45 minutes. The interview was all standard behavioral questions. I was offered the job on the spot.
