J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris plus d'une semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Macy's (Martinsburg, WV) en juin 2016
Entretien
Filled out online application, attached resume and submitted. Approximately 1.5 weeks later I received a phone call at 12:30pm - just as I was leaving home for my current job. The women identified herself as a Macy's employee and wanted to know if I had time for an interview for the Training Specialist position I had applied for. I explained that I was just leaving and asked if we could schedule a time earlier in the day later on in the week. The individual said yes and we scheduled a time for 10am the next day. The next day 10 o'clock came and went, 10:30 came and went and no phone call. I have 2 problems with the way things were handled. First, what company just calls out of the blue to interview someone with out emailing or calling first to set up a convenient time? That is unprofessional and ill planned at the least. Second, and most obviously, to set an appointment and then never call - well enough said about the professionalism and accountability of Macy's. I had heard rumors that Macy's (after taking all kinds of tax breaks and concessions from the City of Martinsburg) had a reputation of being brutal with employees but I had thought it might just be disgruntled former employees. In that I am not desperate to change positions, I will not pursue this employment opportunity. Macy's loss.

Couldn't tell you, but I have a feeling they would not have been well thought out.

Very difficult, you are interview by 3 different manager at one time. They are all drilling you with questions. It can feel really intimidating. The interview process could be better.
