J'ai postulé en personne. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez Macy's (Rochester, NY) en sept. 2009
Entretien
All I did was go to the human resource office and asked if they were hiring. Due to my personality and my educational background (degree in fashion merchandising management), the lady hired me on the spot and scheduled me to come next week for the training. This was the first job that gave me a chanc to gain experience in retail and fashion. I was very happy and have been there for 4 years. It's all based on how you present yourself and attributes you can offer to the company. experience isn't always necessary, since they always train you. If via phone, expect about a week or in order to get a retutrn call back.

The interview process was straightforward and fairly quick. It started with a phone interview from a recruiter or hiring representative who asked general questions about my background, availability, and interest in the role. The tone was professional but conversational, and the interviewer focused on making sure I could handle a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
