applied online got an email to schedule interview. Interviewed with the Hiring manager first, got offered a different position with more pay, met with the Account coordinator for Lancome and interviewed with her. Waited a day and had a phone interview with the account executive, it was more like talking to a friend very informal, think they wanted to make sure I could hold a conversation and articulate well over the phone because they do a lot of phone client calls during their free gift promotions.

Entretien
The interview was straightforward: I applied online, then a few days later I was emailed to select an interview time. I chose from the options available and my interview was confirmed. I met w/ the department manager, and at the end of the interview, I was hired immediately.

It was a a long time ago, but I remember generic interview questions similar to "tell me about yourself," "why do you want to work here," "where do you see yourself in five years," etc. Enthusiasm was important and demonstrating strong ethics and commitment to quality service.
