So as a security engineer they wanted to hire me for all of these 3 roles. They asked me to do Software Development, but also bring security culture and do application security and crate security culture and also do the penetration testing. They have no idea what these roles work for and that in reality the roles are for 3 different people with different expertise. I had a coding interview and get asked a basic coding question but totally unrelated to what I do in real life and as profession. At the end the interviewer told me that if no body told me that this is a coding interview, he was also unaware about what position I am getting hired. Feels like not a good place because they have no idea about the work… They first reached me without any application but I found the job description on the internet and it didn’t have anything to do with software development… I feel they were very unfair and they didn’t give me any single opportunity to demonstrate my real skills because they thought everyone do every job. Also the payment is too low because they ask you to do 3 different roles!!!
