The interview process is pretty common but nice. There are 5 interviews overall, including an intro call/Screen with the Recruiter, 3 Skills sessions, and the Experience interview. The team is really awesome, so it was easy and really nice to talk to all.

Can you walk us through the entire recruitment process and your involvement from opening a job to closing it? How do you determine the most effective sourcing channels for different positions? Describe a time when you had to fill a difficult-to-fill position. What strategies did you use to find the right candidate? How do you build relationships with hiring managers to better understand their hiring needs? Did you have a hard time working with hiring managers/interviewers? What was your strategy in such cases? What KPIs do you track to measure the success of your recruitment efforts?
