I was sorta hesitant about writing this cause I know it wasn’t the interviewers fault. But I do want to say that from the moment I received the interview request something felt off. They had to send it twice cause the first one didn’t have sufficient information for me select the dates. When it came to the interview process it was a difficult due to the language barrier, I’m aware of these situations since I’m also bilingual myself but it became very difficult. I had to confirm each time that I was understanding the question correctly and I already felt I wasn’t going to have a fair shot. The interviewer had asked if I had any previous experience with Product implementation and when I asked for clarity, she didn’t know how to clarify. Later I understood that she was speaking about onboarding but at that point it just felt a little messy. I was barely asked about my experience which was a huge red flag for me. Hopefully they are able to listen to the recordings and maybe train the interviewer for the future.
