I was involved in a rather relaxed telephone interview process. Their HR employees are very nice, and they return my calls. My impression was that they were not interested in hiring people outside of their forties. They want to hire people who are already well versed in their services, and who routinely used their service. They referenced their benefits repeatedly, including monthly vouchers to use their service.
HR was on top of it. It was a very positive experience. Very quick and professional, despite it being multiple rounds. I met with 6 different people across 3 rounds.

Why are you interested in Lyft and how do you feel about changing industries?
Very lengthy but it was alright. Pretty standard for a tech role and I did not have to do an assignment which I appreciated as those can be quite lengthy.

Met with recruiter. Came in for in person. Met with three people who had standard questions that seem to be from HR. Gave a tour of the office. Everyone was nice and friendly.
