J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 6 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Lyft en sept. 2019
Entretien
Recruiter first reached out to me, and we scheduled a 30 minute interview. A day later, she reached out and scheduled a chat with me and the recruiting manager. He outlined details about the role, expectations for me as a candidate, and we chatted about my background and how I manage time/conflicting responsibilities. After that, the recruiter sent me a take home test with 16 questions, mostly focused on Excel/basic math skills. These questions are relevant to Lyft jargon and operations. After I cleared that round, I was brought onsite, where I had one technical interview with the hiring manager, and 3 more with other managers/specialists on the team.

Standard interview process. Recruiter>hiring manager>panel
Recruiter to make sure you had a pulse and weren't lying.
Hiring manager to see if you're what they're looking for.
Panel was three people. Two were peers from other markets, one from a cross-functional partner. Basically checking cultural fit.
Average difficulty, also included take home test. There were 3 round of interviews that included a presentation of take home test. Everyone was friendly and answered all questions I had
The interview was timely, professional, to the point, the interviewer discussed the salary up front to avoid wasting anyone's time or efforts. Overall it was a very beneficial friendly discussion
