The people on the team are friendly and engaging. They asked questions about your experience, your partnership ideas, etc. The last stage involved doing a presentation, in which you make a case for a specific type of partnership/30-60-90 day plan.

My first two phone interviews went well. Courteous and straightforward. Then I was blown off by the same person twice in one day -- she just didn't call me at our scheduled interview time, then had a recruiter reschedule with me later in the day, then never called again. Over the next two weeks she would reschedule interviews three more times before finally making the time to speak with me. She kept a rushed an seemingly disinterested tone throughout the conversationn, told me I'd be moving on to the next step and then I received an email from the recruiter telling me they wouldn't be moving on a week later.
