J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 3 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Lyft

The most long-winded process. Took about 3 months to finish!
After 2 rounds (with recruiter, and one with hiring manager on the phone) I was told that hiring was on hold and they wanted me to come 6 weeks later.
However since I was traveling for a brief period, 3rd round was scheduled in 2 months hence.
3rd round went well. The recruiter then called me to tell me that they want me to come back HOWEVER, the original position was no longer available, so now would I be interested in other teams? These things happen, esp when a process is delayed so much. Since I was still interested in Lyft, I agreed.
The recruiter then called back again and said that one specific team was interested in me and they want to bring me back for a final interview with the hiring manager and a few others. Sounded good to me. I prepared accordingly for that specific domain indicated.
I then came back for the 4th round. The interviews seemed to go well but was strange was that there was little indication of the specific domain I had been informed about earlier! The interviewers seemed to indicate that they had YET TO DECIDE WHICH TEAM I WAS ELIGIBLE FOR. Very strange and an obvious disconnect in the process, between Recruiting and Product Management. It left me flustered during the meetings as my polite attempts to ask more about the domain and specific responsibilities went unheeded.
I was informed soon after that I had not made it. No feed back was provided owing to their 'policy'. I have had other companies provide helpful post-interview feedback, so why deny it at Lyft?

the interview process was multiple steps: recruiter screen, hiring manager, round 1 product sense / execution, then round 2 leadership. there are a lot of prep materials provided which made the process much better and smoother
Recruiter screen, then 45 min product sense, 45 min execution - repeat these rounds 2 times, then hiring manager screen, then offer. All remote interviews. Recruiter stays in touch throughout. Overall smooth process.

Rounds: 1) Recruiter 2) Hiring manager 3) Product Sense 4) Product execution 5) Cross-functional partnership 6) Leadership
Recruiter was extremely personable and was good at marketing the company and its values. Same with the hiring manager. For the PMs or TPMs interviewing you, it's a bit of a gamble as to whether they'll be there to scrutinize you or to have a back-and-forth. They do read off a script to ensure they cover their bases, but some interviewers will facilitate and have better conversations while others are really examining you and not helping you. It's a bit unfortunate as we'd expect PMs to challenge each other and confirm/deny assumptions.
The process took 3 weeks. The recruiter provides documentation on how the interviews are conducted, with tips and documentation. They request the behavioural and technical interviews to be ideally condensed within a single meeting of 3 hours, which is exhausting. Intense process resembling FAANG's process considering the size of the company.
