J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 5 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Lyft en août 2018
Entretien
The interview process with Lyft was incredibly well organized by the recruitment team. All email and phone communication was thorough, timely and clear. When it came to the phone and in-person interviews, everyone I met, from a variety of levels, was prepared, welcoming and interested during our conversations.

Question 1
How do you define and measure success for a campaign?
J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Lyft (San Francisco, CA) en sept. 2019
Entretien
A 15-min phone screen with the recruiter, a 30-min phone screen with the hiring manager, a ~4 hr onsite with 5x30-45 minutes sessions with one or two people, and a homework assignment.
Everyone was really friendly and obviously quite passionate about the work they do. The questions all seemed reasonable and I enjoyed getting to meet so many different potential coworkers, but the onsite sessions were all fairly cookie-cutter with mostly the same questions in each one, which made the significant time commitment a bit aggravating. Some interviewers were prepared, but others clearly hadn't prepped questions or reviewed my application.
The recruiter was awesome, always responding when she said she would get back to you, if not sooner. She was also candid with feedback when I was rejected.

Comfort dealing with sensitive issues such as sexual violence, and experience handling them in situations where the company/employees are in the wrong or don't have complete information.
Familiarity with current events with regard to Lyft's safety and my opinion on what was done well and where I thought things could have been done differently.
