Total 7 interviews sessions including a week preparation of presentation deck, which is quiet open ended And not clearly communicated by HR on delivery timelines. The HR literally ghosted once the feedback is asked over an automated response comes into your inbox.

After the initial screening, the process was slow. I had to prompt the recruiter several times for feedback. The communication loop could have been tighter. Questions were fairly standard and generic overall.

Hiring manager reached out over LinkedIn. Was invited to Happy hour. Had a couple of phone screens after that. Was invited to onsite. Met with a panel of 4, presented project from the past. Not really sure what the expectations were but after two interviews loop was cut short which came as a surprise. But anyways, thankful this happened sooner than later.
