I applied to Lyft online and was contacted by a recruiter within weeks. I did two technical phone interviews with them coding in a HackerRank environment. Both of the interviewers were very smart, friendly, and helpful. Unfortunately I did not proceed to the in person phase which was disappointing because Lyft seems like a great company to work for.
