1) A recruiter from Lyft reached out to me on LinkedIn
2) Had a phone screen with the recruiter on the role and my background
3) Had a phone interview with employee I would report to
4) Assigned a homework assignment on launching a new product
5) Interviewed in-person with 4 team members
6) Asked for references
7) Job offer a few days later!
Experience was top-notch. Lyft recruiter kept me updated (and excited) throughout the entire process.
