J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez Lyft (Nashville, TN) en juill. 2016
Entretien
Two short phone interviews followed by two in-person interviews. You meet with between 3 to 4 different individuals for each in-person interview. A positive experience overall with the exception with one of the interviewers I met with. This individual appeared to be discouraging me from pursuing the role. They made multiple off handed and unprofessional comments during the interview. This includes stressing the fact that the position is only X amount an hour, ground level, and most individual don't see any advancement for at least 13 months. To go further, I want to note that this individual was also texting during the interview and only giving very short responses (3 to 5 words) if any, to all of my inquiries in regards to the position. Everyone else I met and spoke with was an absolute pleasure and portrayed the company as a wonderful place to work. I just feel it is worth noting when someone appears to be attempting to scare away or discourage a potential employees during an interview. Despite the incident I would still say I had a positive experience overall and would still recommend applying.
The hiring process was pretty smooth. I initially applied in may and was given a job offer the next month. I appreciated everyone I spoke with. The hiring team was warm and inviting. I had three rounds of interviews.

Once they email you saying they would like to interview you, you first send in a written response to an email from a driver and they review it and if they like how you responded then they emailed me a link and the time of the interview. Then when you go to the link you join the meeting and you get interviewed by 4 different people including a customer role play. And they also check your internet connection. They also make sure you have a desk, chair and a quiet office space in your home.
