The phone interview went well and the people who worked there were great; it seems like a decent place to work. However if was a surprise to me that the interview was going to be a group interview with high participation uncustomary to typical interviews. Being surprised last minute like this threw me off a lot as I was expecting only to be talking to one person for a typical interview but instead had many people to impress that I wasn't prepared for.

The hiring process was pretty smooth. I initially applied in may and was given a job offer the next month. I appreciated everyone I spoke with. The hiring team was warm and inviting. I had three rounds of interviews.

It's 3 part where you're asked to give examples of how you've handled difficult situations. What customer service means to you. Why are you interested in this role and why do you think you'd be a good fit for it.

Entretien
Once they email you saying they would like to interview you, you first send in a written response to an email from a driver and they review it and if they like how you responded then they emailed me a link and the time of the interview. Then when you go to the link you join the meeting and you get interviewed by 4 different people including a customer role play. And they also check your internet connection. They also make sure you have a desk, chair and a quiet office space in your home.
