The process began with an online exam, which was fairly easy, followed by a technical interview. Unfortunately, the scheduling was very unorganized — the interview was rescheduled multiple times over three weeks, sometimes with only an hour’s notice. The technical interview itself lasted about 1 hour and 40 minutes, and the interviewer covered a very wide range of C++ topics. Afterward, I was informed that I had passed and that a project leader interview would be scheduled. However, the next day I received another message saying the project leader interview was canceled. When I asked whether it would be rescheduled or if the process was terminated (and why), I received no response.
