Recruiter approached me on linkedin offering a job but they require one interview per tech and don't have proper interviewers in your time zone, so I never scheduled a first interview, a company has roles to fill, but no interviewers and instead of simplifying the process they make the whole process a mess, it's the first time a company approached me with a role and can't find a proper interview scheduled instead of crazy times like 8 pm on a Sunday
