Easy interview process. They took 2 round of interviews, one technical and one techo managerial. After clearing all the rounds they mailed to send documents to release the offer. Right after that HR ghosted and stopped replying. After multiple follow ups, they said position is on hold. For a service based company who is hiring in pool not sure how the position can go on hold. Even the manager said this is not for any specific client once you join we will map as we have multiple clients. These companies HR just for the shake of getting candidate schedule the interview. Once you clear the rounds and when the realise they can't give you a higher package so they will ghost you from there. But the problem is in the beginning they will say they have open budget and amount is not an issue. The moment they get someone with same skill set and lower expectations they will not even negotiate simply ghost you out. They will ghost you totally even after taking all your documents. Stay alert from such companies. It could be total wastage of your time.
