* First interview just to get a background
* Assessment --> a presentation for a case
* Second Interview --> direct with the line manager and more questions related to the position
After 2 weeks I didn't receive any feedback, so I wrote myself the recruiter, to what he answer me: "The hiring team decided not to move on with your application, sorry.". To that I asked for feedback, I did not receive any email back.
It's funny that the position that I was applying was for employer branding, but they handle the candidates these ways. Lot's of improvement in the recruiting process.

Entretien
proceso largo, pero muy gratificante. Los entrevistadores han sido muy amables y han mantenido al tanto de los avances a lo largo del proceso. Fue una de las mejores experiencias laborales que he tenido.
