The process was smooth but the application wasn't available online instead posted on LinkedIn only. A 20 min interview was held during the first round with the HR department. The second round would be with the manager. There was no response after the interview follow up which is unlikely for such a big brand even if it is a rejection feedback.

The interview took place online, with several questions that the candidate had to record an answer to. You had 30 seconds to gather your thoughts about a specific subject and than about 1 minute and 30 seconds to answer. The recording could not be stopped or restarted, you had to pay extra attention to getting it right the first time. There were about 8 questions. I found not talking to a person but a camera with a timer more difficult than a regular online interview with a company representative.
