They look for previous sales experience and wanted to know how do you handle difficult customers or those demanding for returns. Make sure to be flexible with work hours. A plus if you speak several languages

Erstes Interview ca. 45 Minuten findet online mit HR statt, typische HR Fragen über bisherige Erfahrungen, Ausbildung, etc. Zweiter Schritt war ein Gespräch mit zwei Teamleitern im Store in Genf, auch hier Fragen zu bisheriger Erfahrung und zur Passion und Motivation für den Job.
