Got a call from HR regarding screening without any heads up. I was outdoors and not at all prepared! Finally managed to find a quiet place for a 45mins interview. After that NO response from HR for 2 months!! Kept reaching out to them to see if they have made any decision but no response. After 2 months get a one-line message that I have not been selected.
