Applied online at their career site, took an 30 min phone interview, then 3 hour virtual interview. The interview were mostly behavioral, had a couple easy technical questions. The majority of the time it was the interviewer explaining the culture and responsibilities at Lockheed.

The process was quick and straightforward. The time from first hearing about the opportunity to the offer was less than a month. The interview was one on one, just four questions about teamwork, communication, etc.
