Very friendly phone interviewer who was pleasant to talk to. He took notes while I answered his questions and let me know in advance such that I don't feel awkward during pauses and periods of silence. Asked all behavioral questions and later I asked him a bunch of questions to get to know him and tried to get him to open up to me.

The questions during the interview are behavior based and there is a panel of interviewers. They are encouraged to be answered using the STAR format. The interview is designed to last an hour or less
