J'ai postulé en personne. Le processus a pris 2 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Lockheed Martin (San Antonio, TX) en nov. 2009
Entretien
I was recruited by a former coworker who wanted me to fill a position which was opened. I wasn't the only candidate, several other good candidates were in the process.
You have show them you can think on your feet as the supervision will be very shallow working for a contractor...not like working for the government at all. Success is what you make it with LM. It's why I liked them and my working style meshed.

About a week after I applied, the hiring manager called for a phone screening. Was told at the end of the phone call that HR would contact me about setting up an in person interview. I interviewed 2 weeks later on a Thursday and was given an offer the following Tuesday. The interview consisted mostly of bevahorial questions. It was a panel interview with the hiring manager and 2 other members of the department.

Interview process was straightforward
i applied online , got an email from the recruiter on when i can start , if i have any security clearance, desired pay etc
got a call from the recruiter to schedule a in person interview at the LM facility in grand prairie texas .
next morning i got the information on how to book flights and hotels etc
Interview was really good . Both the managers /leads who worked there for 15+ years interviewed and asked a lot of behavioral questions and questions related to my resume .
Unfortunately i didn't make it which i think is due to the fact that they would have to pay for the relocation

I simply applied to an open position within the company website and was notified a week later about a hiring event to attend that will included an interview. Was given an introduction to the company, learned about their products and services, given a tour of the facility and production line, and engaged with a few leaders across various organizations within the company. Had my interview later in the day at the end of the hiring event.

Question 1
Interview was very straightforward which included nothing technical and all behavioral questions. How do you handle multiple projects and deadlines? Do you prefer to work in a team or by yourself? Give me an example of when you had to face a certain obstacle and what were the results? The manager was very friendly and it was mainly conversational - she gave a lot of good, detailed information about the position so it was easy to understand what the job entailed and what was expected. I believe the one question that got me the job was my answer to her asking "What was the most important aspect or takeaway you got out of college, whether it be a skill or lesson?"
