Entretien
I was an internal candidate applying for a promotion at another site. The interview process began with HR, who set up a phone interview. The phone interview was conducted with me on one end and 4 or 5 managers and directors on the other end. The manager leading the interview literally read the list of questions provided by HR. It took over an hour but I got the position. Going for an in-person interview was just a formality.

They were general HR questions: what are your strengths/weaknesses, give an example of a time you had to demonstrate leadership under duress, etc.
